We are looking for a creative, highly organised and self-motivated individual with an interest in the built environment, who will be working as a key member of the Research and Communication team and will be supporting the studio across the areas of design and business development.

An enthusiasm for typography and print design is essential, and in addition to graphic layouts and familiarity with the Adobe suite, we are also interested to meet candidates who can contribute the following:
- create animated gifs and animated pieces to illustrate our process where appropriate;
- take photographs of our architectural work throughout all stages of the process;
- can handle day to day administrative tasks surrounding the organisation of PR and communications material.

As much as we are interested to hear from candidates who have a wealth of professional experience, we are also keen to meet people who are enthusiastic and dedicated and have a positive, get-up-and-go attitude. The role requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure and to demanding deadlines, and the confidence to liaise with senior management. Above all, DSDHA are looking for someone who can add a new dimension to the team.

This role will be to lead on the development of this growing area of work within the studio. Key responsibilities will be to lead the design, planning, and delivery of landscape / public realm projects including writing area surveys and public realm visions. This will include a client-facing role and potential candidates should have minimum five years industry experience working on detailing and delivering hard landscaping and public realm schemes as well as a thorough understanding of wider scale urban conditions.
