DSDHA Submits Plans for a Major New Public Park in the City of London

We have re-imagined Broadgate's Exchange Square as a bucolic landscape suspended above the tracks of Liverpool Street Station. The proposed scheme will increase the green space four-fold and deliver a major new public park for the City of London, with its meandering forms echoing the estuarine character of East Anglia: the ultimate destination of the departing trains below.

This design builds upon the success of the first phase of our spatial strategy for the estate, which applied the notion of Time-Based urbanism to deliver innovative designs for Broadgate Circle, Finsbury Avenue Square and Broadgate Plaza.

Works to Exchange Square are expected to start on site in the autumn, with completion anticipated in the summer of 2020.

The Crown Estate and DSDHA win approval to rebuild office in London’s Piccadilly

On 27th March, Westminster City Council’s planning committee approved DSDHA's and The Crown Estate’s proposal for the redevelopment of 33-35 Piccadilly, to create a new, quality retail and office development.

The proposals will replace a post-war office block, known as Airwork House, dating from 1956, and will offer retail on all of its elevations, as well as a new entrance to its commercial accommodation on the corner of Vine Street and Swallow Street.
