A conversion and extension of Suffolk House in the Bloomsbury Conservation Area for Derwent London, this project comprises private and affordable housing together with commercial units. The project gained planning approval in October 2009 and will achieve a high environmental standard by incorporating solar thermal panels, brown roofs, and rainwater harvesting.
